Shipping destinations
PoetPearl ships worldwide. If your destination is one we cannot reach, contact support before placing an order to confirm availability.
Shipping rates
One flat rate — $5.99 — to every destination. Shipping is never priced by region and never by order value: there is no free-shipping threshold to reach and no expedited tier to buy.
Shipping is free in exactly two cases: a first order placed with code POETNEW1, and orders placed by Partners at the Merchant and Partner tiers.
Free shipping is a first-order benefit or a Partner tier perk — never a spend threshold. Explorer and Maker orders pay the flat $5.99.

All delivery times are estimates from the date of shipment, not the order date. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). There is no expedited option at checkout.
Customs and import duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. PoetPearl is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Lost or damaged packages
If a package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact support within 48 hours of the expected delivery date or receipt of the damaged package. PoetPearl will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure the order is delivered or refunded.
Address changes
An address can be changed only if the order has not yet been processed for shipment. Contact support immediately with the order number and the corrected address.
